My neighbor is immature? -_-?

Alright, I'm not too crazy about my next door neighbor. It seems were pretty much always in conflict. I like the parents, but not the late 20's girl.





Recently she got a dog, and every morning she walks the dog, and she drinks vitaman water and when she's done she throws it on my front lawn. She also lets her dog do it's thing on my lawn and she never picks it up. We have other problems too, ones relating to seasons. Leaves, snow, flowers and pools.





The thing is, they're scottish, and everytime I say anything to her, the next morning at 5:00ish am she goes outside and starts blasting the bagpipes.





She drives me CRAZY and I want her to cut it out?

You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Try speaking to her and her parents first. If they do not like this encounter, try putting up those signs that remind dog walkers to take their puppies elsewhere.


At my last apartment, we had this same problem. We threw dog messes back onto the neighbor's walkway until they got the message.


Record doggie deposits with cameras for "evidence" incase it is ever needed. What she is doing is NOT legal.
Reply:file a police report with video if possible......littering %26amp; disturbing the peace is illeagal....%26amp; most comunity,s force the removal of animal excrement.
Reply:slash her tires... to let her know someone is after her.
Reply:file a police report because if she's doing something that disrupts the neighbours you have the right to file a report.





Or you could just ask her to stop (if you havn't done that already)...thats all i got.

Reply:There must be a noise ordinance where you live. Contact your local police department and report the bagpipes. Is installing fencing a possibility? You could film and/or take pictures of the dog and bottle actions and take her to court if it is that serious. There must be ordinances regarding animals feces and owner responsibility for clean-up as well. Have you tried discussing the issues with the parents? They may not be aware that their darling daughter is alienating the neighbor. If you own the home, hope that she moves out soon.
Reply:o i have neighbor just like that she is a little girl and she is constantly coming over it drives me nuts i usasally make up some lame exuse to get her away if i were you i would be really peranoid too. I know how you feel trust me and my next door neighbor is pervert too she is really nasty. but i think your neighbors win the most weirdest prize.

Reply:So toss the water bottle and the dog poop back on her parents lawn. Some how I don't believe the bagpipe part. But, if she blasts bagpipes in the wee hours call the police. Check with other neighbors....someone else must have heard it too. Then if need be, file a complaint.
Reply:Tell her off in front of her parents. And then, call the police when she starts bagpiping. What a ******* *****.
